Discomfit - to frustrate, thwart, or embarrass.

A comment, a glance, a single touch
Brings the tell tale crimson to your cheek flush
The familiar break in your voice betrays so much
Body language, words, the sheer beauty of a simple blush
Tells me so much more than hours of chat chit
I have touched sensitivities, made you wee nerves twitch
Oh my darling I didn't intend to be the cause of such discomfit
But it is so irresistible I had to sate my longing like a scratch to an itch.

Refurbish - To make clean, bright, or fresh again; renovate.

This room is in one hell of a state
It desperately needs an overhaul, a redecorate
I'm armed with paint, wallpaper and paste
To change the surroundings, in such haste
Sorting through cupboards and a whole load of boxes
Clothes never worn, books, magazines even soxes
Black bags are everywhere filled with my rubbish
My bedroom is a dream, a total refurbish
